I understand that all of the 2010 Adopteen Conference Teen Committee positions are exclusively volunteer opportunities and will not provide any monetary compensation for my contribution if I am invited to serve on the committee.

I realize that this application does not guarantee my place on the 2010 Adopteen Conference Teen Committee.

I understand that there are only 8 spaces available on the committee and that these positions will be filled after full consideration of each and every application submitted by the February 12, 2010 deadline.

Because all of the positions applied for are solely volunteer, I understand that I will receive acknowledgment for all appropriate volunteer hours that may be applied to my academic requirements.
