I'm a 19 year old finishing my freshman year at the University of Alabama (ROLL TIDE) where I also work as an Avanti for the Office of Orientations (blah blah blah).

My hobbies include, but are not limited to, sports, meme-making, and hanging out with friends. FUN FACT, I am currently No. 6 in the world at Call of Duty for all you gaming fanatics. Just sayin'.

On a more topical note, I am fantastically excited for this year's Adopteen Conference. I cannot wait to personally meet each and every one of you and reconnect with all you Adopteen veterans. Adopteen is a truly life-changing experience that I have been fortunate enough to be involved with since its conception in 2008. Therefore, let me be a testament to Adopteen's addictiveness.

Once you're here, you just can't help but come back every time.

Well, what can I say...
I'm 18 years old and a senior at Chatfield Senior High in Littleton, CO (the best place ever). I enjoy singing, doodling, and underwater book clubs. I may or may not be super fun to hang out with, outgoing, amazing, and somewhat sassy.

I have been to ALL of the Adopteen Camp-Conferences since the beginning and this will be my 4th time on the committee. Is that experience or what? I can't even contain my excitement to see all of your lovely faces in Georgia this summer, so don't make me sad by not going! Adopteen has forever made my life 100x better. You will never be the same. Seriously, I want to meet you so go register!

I'm SO pumped for Georgia and excited to catch up with all the old friends.

Hey...! I'm MAE and I'm 16 years old. I currently attend Rock Canyon HS (in Colorado) and I'm about to be a SENIOR! Class of 2013, baby...!

I love dancing and reading and am super excited for summer to start so I can catch up on zzz's. Something else exciting about this summer? This will be my 4th time attending the Adopteen Camp-Conference and my 3rd time on the committee! I love attending Adopteen because I get to meet a whole bunch of interesting people (like you!) and this year will be the best year yet!
So...you should register now and tell other adoptees to join our rad Asian community. ;)

Well, my name is Hannah Sutherland and I am 18 years old and I just graduated (don't forget to congratulate me). I have been attending the Adopteen conferences for the past 3 years and, each year, they keep getting better and better. I have been a committee member for the past 2 years and cannot wait for this year! I am a very outgoing person who loves to make new friends and create awesome memories (that means YOU). ;) I mean, if thats okay. LOL

I cant wait to see new and familiar faces again in Atlanta, GA.

Heyyyyyy everyone!!! I'm Morgan! I'm 16 years old and I've been to all of the Adopteen Camp-Conferences!! This is my 2nd year on the Teen Committee and my first time going to Atlanta (very exciting).

All you new, wonderful people should be incredibly excited because (wait for it...) WE GET TO SPEND THE NIGHT WITH TURTLES!! and watch a Dolphin show the next day!! If you're not a big fan of marine life, that's cool too, I guess. Check out the other activities we'll be doing; one might spark your interest! I cant wait to meet all you new, wonderful people and I'm looking forward to reconnecting with all my old friends. :)

Hello adoptees! The name is May Truax. 17 years young. Born in Hangzhou, China and raised in Fort Collins, CO! In my spare time, I enjoy DANCE (it's my oxygen), drawing, reading, basketball...I pretty much love everything.

I am stoked to see old and new faces this year. I have a feeling we're going to have a good time. I can honestly say that Adopteen has changed my life in the best way possible. I mean what can be better than being surrounded by awesome Chinese swagstars that have so much in common? Nothing.

So more about me...haha, I'm pretty outgoing and easy to talk to, so don't be a stranger.

HELLO! I'm Daniel and I was adopted from Kunming, Yunnan province. I am 19 years old, studying at ICC Fulton Campus (Mississippi represent!), working towards an Art major. I hope to go into graphic design...perhaps one day become a concept artist for a big company (classy gaming company or PIXAR). My life is grand and I cherish it. :) My sister, Kristin (shout out!), and my brother, Seth, were also adopted from China! Since visiting China back in 2007, I have always had a burning desire to return to China with my siblings.

I spend most of my time trying to find the newest music, reading classics, writing poems and short stories, painting (watercolor is my favorite), sketching, playing video games, and finding good food and company. Speaking of which...

I am so very excited to meet ALL OF YOU in Atlanta, GA this summer! This will be my 4th Adopteen Camp-Conference and 2nd time on the committee! I expect to meet a lot of new faces, so please don't disappoint me.

Some more things to talk about... I am a 15 year old freshman at Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts in TEXAS. I love dance, art, and singing. I am part of the Singing Girls of Texas Tour Choir and have been dancing since I was 3 years old.

Kalyn (and the party) has arrived (and is about to turn 16)!!!

I'm a sophomore at Overland High School (yay, Colorado!).

I have: some sports swagger; a 5'3'' stature that makes me a dangerous puma; Asian eyes that everyone says I can't see out of.

Atlanta 2012 will be the 4th time I attend an event that I wait ALL YEAR for and even though the first day feels like we're strangers, we always leave like one big happy FAMILY! :D The best thing about Adopteen is getting to know people just like you, who may know exactly what's going through your head. It's an experience of a lifetime and will be even better this year because...WE'LL BE SLEEPING WITH SHARKS.

I can't wait until the camp starts. Excuse me while we start planning all the top secret stuff that you won't know about until you arrive.

My name is Emily Backer. I am 16 and I am a sophomore at Duluth High School in Atlanta, GA. I play violin, dance in the Atlanta Chinese Dance Company, and I ran Varsity cross country during the Fall of 2011. I love to do most anything -- sing, dance, cook, make jewelry, horseback ride, roller blade, hang with my friends, have fun, play ultimate Frisbee -- you name it! If I could do any other kind of activity, I would take ballroom dance, hip-hop, and singing lessons. There's just not enough time in the day!

This will be my 2nd time attending the Adopteen Conference and my FIRST time on the committee!! I am VERY excited to see all of you this coming July here in Atlanta! Be sure to pack light clothing and be ready to sweat! It is HOT down here -- in the 80s and it's only April! :)
